I want to make my own website but I don’t know how to go about it.

Can I go for Yahoo or Accessing MSN ? 

What are the best web hosting websites nowadays when it comes to security?

What are the factors which lead to choosing the website?

Even if you don’t know, just air your views, they can be a great plus factor to me.

Creating your own website might take some time. It requires knowledge of programming, htmp or PHP, patience, finance and perseverance.  You need to also have a product to sell, if you need to promote something or you can also create a website just to publish your work.

There are a number of web hosting that offer free services. However, it has limitations in terms of usage, storage and other perks that are included in their basic service.

You need to have a Domain Name, example is http://path-cms.twyne.io/ and is relevant to the site's content. Simple and easy to remember or short but descriptive domain name is an advantage.

www.godaddy.com is what I recommend, it's the world's best domain registrar.

Then, you need to set-up a Web Host Account and point your domain to the web host, install word press or any word software that can be used to create a platform.

Configure your website accordingly, the design, text, font, pictures and videos plus images you want to include. Then you can start creating articles to add into your dashboard.

There are many secured web hosting companies out there.

Making website needs to have web development skills like programming in PHP or any other language used in web development. Basically you need to have at least HTML coding knowledge.

Since you do not have knowledge in building website, better to practice on blogs. Blogger dot com may help you for this. In this manner you can have a little view on how a website can be managed or put-up. Here’s the sample blogger website or blog, 

You have one like this and manage and if you are ready to go to the next level, go on to the next level.

W3schools may help you also understand html programming or any other language for building website.

Hi,

In creating your own website,  you must register in the domain.  The domain name will be your web address in the website and then you register through the hosting provider and if the domain name preferred is available you must register it online.

The 2nd step is,  you must choose the hosting provider properly for better hosting of your website, for proper support to create a new website and then you should have a good builder of your website and if your beginner in building a website, you can learn about it online.  You could check tutorials on web hosting.
