I’m a student and I need to record live lectures with my apple laptop, I know there is a Mac direct record audio software like Audacity. Actually I didn’t use it before, and when I tried it I found it hard to use and that it need qualifications, can you help me find a simple audio recorder for Mac?

Save it in MP3, WAV or ​AAC format. The principal idea of this application is to just sit in your dock and wait to be clicked.Â
You just need to click on the dock icon to start to record your audio. To stop recording click on the dock icon once again. It is good for voice notes, voice records and your other voice recordings.

One easy way in recording audio from your MacBook is by accessing your QuickTime player and then select file > new recording, please also be aware of your default recording device, it should be set up on your microphone, just hit the red button when you're ready.
