I need help with Lenovo driver java virus

I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre M72z with Intel Core i7, 4 GB RAM, Intel Integrated Graphics Card and Windows OS 7 64 bit.  I recently downloaded Lenovo Driver 2626.  I'm having all sorts of problems now because it looks like the driver was inserted with a Java Trojan Dropper.  I need help with Lenovo driver Java virus.

I need help with Lenovo driver java virus

If you think your computer got infected by a virus after installing a supposed driver for your computer, download Sophos Virus Removal Tool and install it. Once installed, start Sophos then wait until the virus definition gets automatically updated. When the tool is ready, click “Scan” to scan your computer. The program will scan everything on your computer including devices connected to the USB port.

When a virus is found at the end of the scan, remove the virus and repeat the scan until it no longer detects a virus. Remember when using Sophos Virus Removal Tool, it expires automatically after several months. It is not an antivirus and it doesn’t offer real-time protection like what most antivirus programs do.

You also don’t need to uninstall your antivirus when using this tool because it works alongside any antivirus program you may have. If you want to continue using the program after it expires, you just need to download a new copy of the program and install it on your computer.
