I discovered the following errors when I went to start programs then application action and then errors properties.

Nope, those on the list are not errors. You got it all wrong. It is an automatic error notifier.
If the system encountered one of the instances listed in there, it will prompt you with an error report about the error occurred.
For example, if the checkbox beside “The system cannot find the file specified” is enabled, if the system encountered a missing file maybe during an installation or when opening an application, you will be notified with a report on the screen.
But, on the other hand, if you disabled this option by unchecking it, even if the computer encountered a missing file error in one of its processes, it will just be ignored by the system and you will not be informed of the error.
But you will still receive an error but I think not about a missing file or something.
And the same goes with the rest of the options in there.
Just enable those that you think is helpful enough for you and you understand what it is for.
