We use Account Right Plus 2011 for one of our processes.
An error message appeared while trying to delete a pay check. What is the cause of this problem?
Please, look at screenshot below and provide me with a solution.
AccountRight has encountered an error and needs to exit.

I cannot delete pay cheque
I’m not familiar with this program but if you will analyze the messages stated in the dialog box, it says something about another item that already has the same key as what you previously entered. This is generally what’s causing the problem on your application. Try closing the program then open it again and then restart what you are doing. If it still doesn’t work, try restarting your machine then open the program again and then restart again your work. If this too didn’t work, analyze again all the items that you entered in the program or just check the location of the item that was stated in the error dialog box.
If there is nothing wrong with the data you entered, try installing the program again. Uninstall it first then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again after this. You may also try upgrading the version of the program if the problem is that severe.
