Hello,

Recently I have installed on my PC PDFcamp v2.3 to convert some HTML file into PDF files. During the converting this error appears and stops the conversion. Also I cannot make any type of conversions with this program even many people recommend it. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? How can I skip this error ?

Since you are using PDFcamp Printer 2.3, there should be no problem because this is the latest version. PDFcamp Printer 2.3 supports Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Either you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 you shouldn’t have a problem because both operating systems are supported.

If you are currently in the process of converting an HTML file to PDF, close the application then restart your computer. Start PDFcamp Printer and then try converting the HTML file again. If it doesn’t work, try reinstalling. Maybe there is something wrong in the installation and you need to restore all default files.

Uninstall PDFcamp Printer then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Setup log” if it is available and “Temporary files” and then click OK. Restart your computer when it is finished and install PDFcamp Printer 2.3 again. If you need to download the installer again, visit PDFcamp Printer 2.3.
