I can't photo copy using my HP 3-in-1. There's a sound like it's doing something but it won't take/accept the paper. I tried turning it on and off but same thing happened. The scanner and printer is working but I really can't photo copy on it. What do I need to do to make this work? Please help. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Carl,
I suggest that you check the preferences of your HP 3 in 1 and ensure that photocopier mode is ON. Try photocopying and see if it works.
If is still does not work, restart it for it to adjust the settings. If it still not working, then you will have to refer to the manual that came with about the procedures for troubleshooting the printer in case the photocopier is not working.
Some of the 3 in 1 printers pose a lot of problems, so hoping that you still have the warranty then if your manual does not offer a way to get the solution then you will have to get in touch with the vendor who sold you to seek for a solution.
