Near Field Communication (NFC) and Bluetooth both are wireless communication modes which can be used to connect devices which are in the short range. NFC is limited to a distance of nearly four centimeters while Bluetooth have connection capacity up to 30 feet. NFC technology consumes less power than Bluetooth. The devices which are connected via NFC must be near to each other which is useful in crowd areas where more mobile devices are present at one location and tries to connect. But Bluetooth have the problem of interference. NFC automatically connects whereas Bluetooth requires manual connection. But latest Bluetooth versions support increased speed and less power consumption.
