I bought a new Radeon HD 4670 graphics card and everything was running fine including the fan but when I tried install the disc there is an error saying “unable to detect any XFX product installed”. Need urgent help

It seems you are having trouble with the Radeon HD 4670 graphics card while running the setup in the CD ROM. right ?
There are 3 cases this may happen :-
1. You have inserted the card improperly :-
Shutdown the PC and disconnect it from the power and then recheck that you have done everything right in insertion into the PCI express x 16 slot.
There will be a quick guide provided in the box with you Radeon HD . Make sure you follow that.
2. Problem with your PC detection :-
Right click on my computer and then click properties and then select device manager in advanced tab or If in windows 7 you can see Device manager and make sure you see your Radeon HD in that. If not then you have problems in your Motherboard or your software .
You have to re- install your OS.
3. Software problem :-
Go to the radeon official Website , Type your model number of your graphics card and in the downloads section and download it and Install it.

Well there can be two reasons of this error message. First reason can be your Onboard (Built-in) VGA card is not disabled.
You must have to disable your Built-in VGA card from the BIOS otherwise you will not be able to use your new Radeon HD 4670 card.
Secondly make sure that you have installed the latest drivers for your card. Do not install the drivers from the cd which you got with your Radeon HD 4670 Graphic card. You must install the latest drivers from ATI website or you can use some software like Driver Genius to update your all drivers.
Once your drivers are updated, you will not face this error message anymore.
