I found an automatic installer which will configure your cacti application after installation is complete. Go to this site and download the installer: https://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=14946
After downloading it, run it by double clicking on it and the installer will finish installation. Now you need to run it by double clicking on its icon. But since cacti is indented for UNIX and is really hard to configure, I recommend using Everest, which has a greater number of options and is more reliable. I hope I helped. Regards.
