1. Visit the Microsoft Office templates website.

2. In the text box, type "Banners" and click the search button on the right.

3. Select the banner you like and click on “Download” to save it to your device.

4. Open Microsoft Word in your computer. Create a New document and on the window, select "New from Existing" option from template tab.

5. Choose the template file you downloaded and then click on "Open."

This will let you open the banner in Word. Then, you can print it to create a banner.
