In our first installation of office 2010 Chinese to our computer 32-bit it was working well. But right now we’re working on upgrading all the computers to 64-bit and install again office 2010 Chinese, yet it says that the software was incompatible?

Hello,

How are you doing? Hope you are fine. Microsoft Office suite is a package that enables you to create, edit or print data if there is a printer connected to the computer or device being used. Due to the introduction of the 64bit OS, the earlier version, that is the 32 bit softwares, most of them are not compatible with the 64 bit.

Same case applies to Office 2010. They have the 32 bit which is not compatible with the 64 bit OS. You will have to download or purchase the Office 2010 64 bit software.

Windows  has got several plug inns to upgrade your software. If you are transfer to 64 bit you must upgrade your MS Office to 64 bit. Then the both software and the Operating system will compatible and will work properly. Plugins must be available in the internet. Windows software updates are available for both 32 bit and 64 bit
