How to fix prompt for pressing F1F2 at startup?

I'm having a problem with my desktop PC. Each time I start my PC, I always need to press either F1 or F2 in order to start the PC. 'Pressing F2 will load default settings', says the screen. If I press F1, I get the BIOS screen. Why is this happening every time? My PC is new and is powered by i5, 4GB RAM if it helps.

Well i5 is the best system and 4GB will provide greater speed to it. Usually this screen appears when new hardware installed recently, because COMS setup need to verify is the new hardware working properly or not. Enter COMS setup and save the setting.

If hardware is working properly, but you are still getting the notification, then it might be your date and time error, maybe you entered it wrong. Try setting to correct date and time, reboot your system.
If you continue receiving the enter setup screen, your COMS battery is bad. I recommend you to replace it.
