To optimize PC performance you have to use some software like speedyPC. I have a full version of speedyPC which will be helpful for you. Here is the download link Optimized PC performance in 3 easy steps. The steps are shown below:-

1. At first you have to start scan.

2. Then the speedyPC automatically scan for errors.

3. After that you have to click on the point named ''fix the errors.''
