I am having some difficulty when in terms of photo editing and I want to ask you about on how do you fix eyes in pictures?. And in addition can you give me an idea on what software is the best way to edit pictures. Regarding your question you can try and use microsoft office picture manager. Just right click on the image, look for open with and the select microsoft office picture manager.After the program executes, go to the menu and look for picture tab and on the drop down menu select on red eye removal.You can then edit the eyes part you want to.
