How to convert JPEG File to .XML?
Hello Ken Jonson,
The method that I know for converting a jpeg file to the .txt format is not by using a software that you will need to install but by using the ms word editor.
All you have to do is get your image and copy it in a blank ms word document. Adjust the image to fit in the document as you wish, the margins and the size of the image itself, the brightness and contrast. If you need to reduce or cut some sections of the image, then use the crop tool.
After that go to file then save as, choose the other formats options and then in the save as window, choose the .txt format and then click on save.
