How can pivot tales help to present data clearly?
You  very well know that there is a huge amount of data we saved in an excel file so it is hard to find the any common trends and it's also to difficult to understand the relation between your data elements. So to solve this problem we use pivot table that allows you to analyze your data in a effective way.
To generate a pivot table you need to fulfill the following criteria like at least one column must has duplicate values and must be numeric values.
