How can I remove a virus from my computer?
Initially you have to check that the file has a virus or some malware. If you confirmed that the file has a virus then run an Antivirus which will scan your computer and will remove the infected file. If the malware or virus stopping you to do any works on computer like running the antivirus then you should boot the system in safe mode and run the scan.
If you do not have a setup of anti virus into your computer then you should try online anti virus scanning .The anti virus website will scan your all computer, if it found any malware it will eliminate that malware.
One thing which I would like to tell all the computer users when you format or clean or boot your system then after that just install an anti virus before to open any website or before to connect as USB.

You need to make use of your security software to remove viruses from your computer. Run a scan on your system, a full system scan, and check if the computer detects any viruses. If it doesn't, and you suspect the computer is infected, then it is very likely that the virus has been able to disable your security software's capabilities rendering it useless.
You can try using a program called Malwarebytes Antimalware. You can boot into safe mode and download it there. Have it installed and it should be able to run from safe mode. If the computer has infections, that program should be able to detect it and be able to remove the infection. After the infection is removed, back up your files and consider reinstalling Windows to make sure everything cleaned up.
