Hi, Bipon770, if Ctrl + Alt + Del doesn't work, it means your question here is a bit  tricky to solve but I'm going to show you how to solve it by using these few steps;

Press the Windows button + L while on active desktop

On the desktop window, right-click and select properties

On the Display properties, click on the Screen saver tab

Click on the box to select the time you want the computer to lock itself.

Check the box labeled On resume, password protect.

Click Ok

Your computer will now lock itself after the specified period.

When your computer is locked, you can unlock by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del in the same time and entering the password to unlock. Hope this solves
