How can i configure Lotus Notes via BIS

Good day!

I am unable to configure my email account on Lotus Notes via BIS.  I have tried every permutation of, password, server address username, or email address; however my account can not be validated.

 What could be the issue here?

Please guide me..

How can i configure Lotus Notes via BIS

Hallo Calvine,

First, before starting the configuration of your email, you need to set up your blackberry device account and ensure that it is working. The next step will be for you to determine the protocol that you will have to use so as to pull the messages from the email down to your device.

Determining the protocol so use will entail that you call the service provider of your black berry mobile phone, and you can also determine it using the IMAP and the PO3 so as you can be able to get what the advantages and disadvantages of each protocol are.
