Why is my blackberry Z3 smartphone selecting a charger before it charging? My blackberry phone started selecting charger. Sometimes it will display charging, but after some time it will display charger not supported. Although, after some time if the charger is removed it may start charging. Is it a virus that is causing this behavior or it is something more serious?
However, we protect our gadgets it will come to a time wherein debris and dust have built up into the ports here we connect with other devices or charger. First, try cleaning the ports or socket of our gadget using toothpick or hard plastics as a needle to sweep off the dirt inside the socket. Second, do the same with the other end of the charger that connects with our gadget. In case the above didn't work as expected. There is a tendency that the charger and the gadget are not connecting properly. It is more probable that the copper as shown in the picture attached herewith has worn out already and or same happens in the socket of our gadget. If that is the case, try using other charger or claim warranty if you still have.
