Video .wmv cannot be played with any player

Hi everyone,

Need help in my video.wmv.

When I play the video.wmv it appears the other application, likely License Acquisition.

I read the details and click yes then others appears, then the play button can't click or disable also.

I'm hopeless because I already done in searching, if anybody knows about this issue please provide me any information or knowledge about this problem.

Video .wmv cannot be played with any player

  • The file extension .WMV is one kind of video format that can not be played in every player. There is a special player for play .WMV format that is called WMV PLAYER. You can play in this player those videos that have .WMV extension. 
  • Also there are many other players for play all kind of video format. Km player, VLC player, Kodak pack, real player, media player classic etc. 
  • VLC and KM player is the most powerful player. They can play video file with .WMV extension. And also with the help of Kodak pack they can play many other video formats.

From where did you download the .wmv file?

Make sure you downloaded it from a trusted website.

A lot of illegal contents are found and can be downloaded in sites like these.

They are hosted by other terminals that is hosted for more than one host besides the owner.

If you cannot play the .wmv video in one type of media player, try other kinds of media player. You can find a lot of them in the internet. If you already downloaded numerous media player and still not playing, try converting it to another format.
