First of all, I tell you my computer spec: Dual core @2.4, 4GB RAM. I want to install Autocad 2010 on my computer but cannot manage to install it. Because when I try to install it, it gives the error,

Error 1406 Could not write value {65B33H4-A759-9696-377UO456Y}  to key SoftwareMicrosoftCurrentVersion Shell ExtensionsApproved. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel.

The error is similar to this:

What should I do?

I am a student and need this badly.

Things that you should consider before installing the AUTOCAD 2010.

First, you should recheck the requirements of the system that you are trying to install, your device should meet the qualification to install the software.

Second, you should have the privilege as Administrator.

Third, shut off all the anti-spyware or anti-virus on your device while you are installing AutoCAD 2010. These anti-viruses tend to block your privilege as Administrator.

Fourth, if the former version of AutoCAD is still installed in your computer, delete it., former  installed versions tend to cause some problem with the  new installation process.

And lastly, take note that Internet Explorer 7 or above versions  is one of the requirements for installing  the AutoCAD 2010.
