There are several hardware issues on using the current server, so we tried to move our mailboxes to different server. However after moving, it causes an active sync errors on Windows 7 mobile phone. Can you provide us some technical assistance on how to move our mailboxes without experiencing these errors?

Since you trying to move the mailboxes between different servers, the syncing problems that you are experiencing may be as a result of the two servers not being compatible, as for the process to be successful the two servers must be running the same of version of ms exchange. Also check to ensure that the domain the two servers are using is the same, for if they are in different administrative groups then it will not be possible to move the mail boxes between the servers.
Otherwise, you may be forgetting to re-link the mailboxes in the active directory after you move them between the servers, and therefore resulting to the syncing problems.
