Freezing of computer while launching IntelliJ Idea 11.1

Hi,

I am using IntelliJ Idea 11.1 and everytime while launching, it causes the computer to freeze. What happens is when you double click on the idea, the mouse pointer freezes and becomes unresponsive and none of the shortcut keys work either.

The only way to solve it is to physically restart the PC.

Freezing of computer while launching IntelliJ Idea 11.1

Through PortICA's point, the actual logging looks great. I see the actual session initializing simply fine, settings obtain applied, a permit is pulled ect… Following session initialization works, a failure to contact the client occurs as the AudioServer NamedPipe:

This appears to fit nicely using what you're describing. Throughout the connection failure, do you produce any events in case Viewer logging from the Client or VDA? Can you test with the actual 11. 2. two. 3 Client?:
