In my Cannot Check In file(s) I receive this error message and I am not able to continue my work. What is this? Why is this? What is the solution?

Sometimes the operation is cancelled due to restrictions . You get this error when you click on a hyperlink and faulty links. The web browser may have uninstalled and you face the restriction problem. You can resolve this matter by following some steps.
1.   Go to the setting of the browser
2.   Go to menu bar and select Tools
3.   You have to select ‘Advanced’ Tab
4.   Reset the internet explorer settings
5.   After that restart your computer and then perform the operation
