I am using Microsoft Office 365 Sharepoint and Windows Server 2003 Sp3
In an attempt to add a user to the OWNER group in Sharepoint,I get the following error "The file exists. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070050).Correlation ID: 84d7c095-c996-4511-bf66-63f4ad93c148."The user is an administrator and this is merely a P1 subscription account.Perhaps,I feel this has some correlation with the Security Idetifiers,but I am not too sure.

The file that you are trying to add is already available on your system. Or the problem could also be as a result of conflict in the names that you are using. You will need to do the following to resolve the issue:

Try renaming the files and after that try re-adding it again. If the problem was name-related, the file should work well this time round.

If the error still persists, the application could be having some bugs that may force you to uninstall the application and then reinstall it to fix the issues.

Also check the security identifiers and see if they could be causing the error in some way.
