Hello Emsley,

When you run into the unable to run executable files problem, one cause of that could be a configuration error in the system or a virus problem. In such cases, users will not be able to use the OS as well as other applications that you have installed.

You can solve that issue in 2 ways:

  • First, you can check the configuration of the OS that you are using.
  • Or you can check the OS and see if you see any unpredictable behavior if they are infected with a virus. In case the  system cannot be able to run executable files, even when the configuration settings are correct, it could be infected with a virus. And therefore it has to be disinfected.

Regards,

Carl

If you are having a problem installing Cucusoft iPhone Tool Kits on your computer, I don’t see any problem with regards to your operating system why you can’t install the application. But checking the screenshot you attached, I think the problem started when setup wizard tried to launch regedit to create registry entries for the program.

Actually, Cucusoft iPhone Tool Kits was at the end of its installation and was about to finish and will only do the finishing touches by writing entries to the Windows registry and when it attempted to start regedit, the system throw up an error. I guess there’s no problem with the installer or with the version of the application.

You may be using a non-administrator account when you tried installing Cucusoft iPhone Tool Kits. When installing any programs to the computer, Microsoft Windows requires you to use an administrator account. In case you are using your personal non-administrative account, logout and then login again using an administrator account. Once done that, you may now try installing the application again. In case you want to download the installer again, visit Cucusoft iPhone Tool Kits.
