Error in opening emails in Yahoo Mail

Hello Gurus!

I was trying to open an email in my Yahoo mail when this error message popped up (see below). 

I have searched the web and it points me to several issues; the software program or a registry problem in my PC. 

Is it really a registry problem?  I am not sure on how to proceed on to fixing the registry in my PC.

Do I need to reinstall my browser?

Can someone help me, please?

Hi   Johnson victor,

Look a runtime error happens for many reason for software and hardware problem both.

It can be happened when you open to application that is not compatible with each other, for memory problem or for any malicious software. Try to avoid them.

1.re-install the runtime component of Visual C++ Libraries to solve the problem. I have a link where you can find that: Download Link1 (but see the requirement )

2. if the error going on let’s do something else. Try to solve the problem by following the  step’s of troubleshooting, link : Download Link2
