When I try to update the software using the Internet, I get this error message, "An error occurred while trying to replace an existing file; File delete failed; Error code 5;" ini files I need to solve this error.

It may be possible that update failed due insufficient privileges required by the software to update.
For solutions, first logon as the Administrator and then try updating the software. Also run the software as administrator by selecting "Run as Administrator" option in case of Windows Vista or 7 OS.
Remove any other programs that may be interfering the update installation process by closing them and restarting the update process.
For worse, it may be viruses or trojans that may be interruption your update, scan your system completely with your antivirus and then remove if any were found.
