Hi guys,
My problem here is about installation process that stopped in the middle, I meet this problem while installing Hotspot Shield.

Hotspot Shield- An error occurred installing the TAP VPN device manager.
I already tried installing this application before, but it was fresh from re format , so I expect no hard time before, but now this is different installing it from a used computer, I suspected some virus intervention along the process, that is why I scan the computer for some virus invasion, but the antivirus application did not find any infiltration, and the time has come that I am running out of solution, please make some comment on this problem, thanks.

Hi, here’s one solution that might help you solve the issue.
First is to create a VPN connection and by doing that click the start button the network—sharing center—and set up a connection, then connect  to a workplace lastly Use my Internet Connection.
Once done, visit this link:Â http://download.cnet.com/hotspot-shield/
This link will give you the required information connection. Click the Get Account ID
Actually obviously the instruction are for iPhone, but there is also some information we need. Just type in with your information. The image are shown below for reference
Once you have given the information: Click on the start then connect to then right click the connection you created then choose properties.
On the Networking tab, you will need to change Type of VPN into L2TPIPsec then click the IP sec Settings: Illustration below is provided.
Lastly Choose the Use preshared key for authentication then type the password for the Key. That’s it
