Error loading tileset image when tried to create a map

Hello,

I am just trying to create map using Tileset but when I save the file and move to another folder and attempt to open it again an error message occurs. What is the cause of this annoying error message?Can you help me to get out of this error? I would be grateful to you. Thanks for everything.

Resolution 1:

Clear the browser cache as well as flash cache, and then try loading the
tileset image again.

Resolution 2:

Your map and your tilesets
might be saved on different drives and as a result causing the issue. Make sure that the map and the tilesets are stored together in
the file hierarchy, and not on different drives.
