Error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Hello Guys!

I had a hard time starting the partner hub on Java virtual machine.

I already updated the hub to 3.7 but still got this error message.

How can I solve this one?

Please give me some simple solution to fix this one.

Can you physically gain access to the server, I mean without using the java application? If you cannot then the problem is with the server on your network. It may have gone down and therefore you will need to restart it to refresh the settings. If you are on a network you should check other computers to see if they are having the same problem or the problem is with your computer alone. In case it is your computer alone, you will need to restart to refresh the network settings.

But in case the server is working, then the problem is with the java virtual machine application, and therefore you will need to debug any problems it is having. Restart it to see if that will solve problem.
