Error code 62 causes a problem in DC unlocker

Hi,

Can anybody help me with this; I am having a problem with DC Unlocker. Here's what it says:

Error code 62 causes a problem in DC unlocker

Hi Brett,

I will recommend you a link if in case you will not succeed in unlocking your phone:

You can chat while unlocking your phone for help. If you are using DC Unlocker follow the instruction so that unlocking is guaranteed. Turn ON the mobile, and wait until fully starts, and turn into USB until windows detects phone, after the phone is detected.
