A friend of mine tried to configure Tally via TeamViewer because I don’t know how and during the process this error message box appeared. I doesn’t know what it means and how this can be solved. Does anyone experienced such an error before ? What is the solution ?

I’m not sure if Tally works on TeamViewer but this is a common issue with Tally when using it on Microsoft Windows XP and when you have the NOD32 ESET antivirus. This error doesn’t happen on higher operating system like Microsoft Windows Vista with NOD32 ESET antivirus. The problem is caused by how the Tally accounting application operates.
Additionally, the error code 32 you received doesn’t point to a specific cause or reason. So when you encounter the code 32 error when using Tally, the cause of the error is really not known. If you have the NOD32 ESET antivirus, you can fix it by uninstalling this antivirus. Tally should work normally again after removing this antivirus.
But since you cannot go online without an antivirus on, try changing to a different antivirus. One of the antivirus programs you can try is Norton Internet Security. Try this and see if Tally works with it.
