Hi Melendezathena

The answer to this problem you have is simple. Your computer has not met the necessary system requirements.

This is the list that Micro titanium supports.

Windows Xp with service pack 3 or higher. For 32 bits users only.

Windows Vista 32 bit and 64 bit

Windows 7 32 or 64 bits.

The answer to your question is just to upgrade your system with any of these three.

Here are other Solutions and reasons for this error.

1. You don’t have enough free disk space. You need at least 300-400mb free disk space for this to run and to be installed. Delete unnecessary applications to make enough disk space.

2. Another reason is you don’t have enough memory. Check you’re Ram if you have still enough memory for this application. To check the Ram do the following steps below.

*Go to start menu Click all programs Choose accessories and click system tools then click system information , On the left side you will see System summary click it. Then search for the word “Installed Physical memory “. * I have provided an image for this.

Good Luck

There may be something that interferes with the installation process. To fix this, please check on the following:

1. Check for all the running applications during the Trend Micro installation such as your email program or Internet browser. Close it to continue the installation.

2. Scan your computer for any viruses. Try an online scanner.

3. Check for software that might be conflicting with the installation. Check the list of Software to remove to continue the installation.

4. Ensure that you have permissions to install.

  • Delete the contents in C:WindowsTemp folder.
  • Check if there is tmtdi.sys in C:Windowssystem32DRIVERS folder and delete it.
  • Remove TrendMicro folder in C:Program Files, C:ProgramData or C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplicationData.
  • Delete TrendMicro entry in your Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE or HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWARE
  • Restart your computer.

5. If you have previously installed TrendMicro, please uninstall it and all of its components. Use the Diagnostic Toolkit to remove it.

6. Try to install TrendMicro again.
