Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error

My friend has been trying to access a certain website but failed to do so because an error message prompted saying “Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error.” He can’t understand why the error occurred when in fact he holds a valid account in the website and he inputted the right username and password. Does anybody know why it is like that? Please help us. Thank you very much.

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error

That may be a problem occurring due to slow internet connection speeds, or the user is using wrong credentials to access his account on that website.

I will therefore suggest that you advise the user to restart their computer so as to refresh the network settings, or even before that tell them to restart the browser and see if that will solve the problem with the internet connection speeds.

After you have made sure that the internet connection is fast and stable you can try logging on to the website again and see if it will be successful. Make sure that the CAPS lock on your computer is off, and the NUM lock key is turned on especially if you have numbers as part of your username and password.
