Hanging Clock shows when Shutting down my iPhone

When shutting down my iphone, I am experiencing something strange. A hanging clock shows at the time and obviously I cannot reset it. An attempt to restart it using my PC only returns the error code ‘0xE800065’. It also doesn’t help to remove the battery. I need your help.

Hi Nina,

 Are you getting an icon to plug it into iTunes or a totally blank screen when you turn it on? If its displaying the connect to iTunes message, try to plug it into iTunes and see if it will load. Make sure that the battery is not dead and fully charge. Connect it to its iPhone charger or via USB to your computer. You can also try to reset it by pressing the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time. You need to keep on pressing the buttons until you see the Apple logo before you release it.
