Error 1905 when uninstalling Autodesk Design Review 2012

I am trying to uninstall Autodesk Design Review 2012 but always received an error 1905. I tried removing on Control Panel's Add/Remove programs and still gives the same error message from Autodesk Inventor 2013 Beta 3. Please tell me how to fix it. The error is given below:

Autodesk Inventor 2013 Beta 3

Error 1905. Module C:Program Files (x86)AutodeskAutodesk Design Review 2012ECompositeDwfCompare.dll failed to unregister.

HRESULT -2147220472. Contact your support personnel.

This is a permission issue that stops you from uninstalling Autodesk Design Review. To fix this, follow the steps below:

1. You need to have an administrator rights on your computer.

2. Type Regedit on the Windows Command line and then navigate to the following keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREAUTODESK<product name>

3. Check the folder/file in the error message and go to that directory then select the file. 

4. Choose Permissions on the Edit menu and then set it to Full Control.
