Error 0x00000f application was unable to start correctly

Hello,

From this morning when I have opened my laptop I have this error when I try to open any program. I restarted my laptop hoping that will solve the problem, but it didn’t. I did a system restore and it doesn’t work. Now I can’t use my laptop at all because of this error. Does anyone know if this might be a virus? How can this be solved and what caused it?

Error 0x00000f application was unable to start correctly

There are various causes for such error. To solve this issue, first of all, restart your PC and then run the program again.

If the problem still persists, you have to check your system for any corrupted file. Start Command Prompt with administration privilege, run this command: “sfc /scannow”.

If no luck, you have to get another new copy of the file. Go to the developer’s website and then download a fresh copy of the setup file. Your problem should go away.

If still no luck, you can’t use the program unless you give a fresh setup of your OS. Learn how to setup Windows.
