Does the call made through TRS is free of charge?

Call made through TRS is not free of charge , but i indound call to TRS center is Toll free ., so the TRS user will bill for the call which  completed , TRS user when dialed a call it will go like other call on voice network , TRS will have to pay the dues, but these rates are not higher then the other telephony system , it will less in rates , but there are some factors which will be considered are distance , duration , time , TRS users always pay less bill as compared to voice telephone user .

Intrastare Costs will be paid by the states , Interstate TRS are paid through the interstate TRS fund , its a fund which is collected by US government from all the states ,
