Hello

Just now I have purchased the stuffs and support message is posted yesterday. But I am getting the following errors.

I am not sure why this trouble still exists? Find - Division by zero - with both Image Converter and Photo Editor.

Repair function is used by one problem.

I am using Windows XP SP3c. Help me o figure out the reason and give a solution.

Hallo Abraham,

You are getting that error possible because of the following reasons:

  • The program you are using to open the images is corrupt, or it does not support the images that you are trying to open. You will have to check the extension that the images have been saved with and make sure that it is supported by that application that you are using.
  • The images themselves might be corrupt. To verify that you can just use another application to open and see if it will work. If it doesn't then there is a high chance that the images are corrupt.
