Hi Dear,

This is very important thing that you have asked.

Dear the differences of the bad sectors and bad clusters are as follow.

Bad Sectors.

Bad sectors are the physical damages on the surface of the disk.

These can be removed by the special software.

Bad sector make the disk unreadable and can cause a permanent failure.

Bad sectors spoil the data as well as the disk.

Bad Clusters.

The bad clusters are the damaged areas in file system.

We can recover them by windows scan disk utility or check disk utility.

The bad clusters make the disk unreadable temporary.

When the bad clusters make it unreadable then sometimes simple restart can solve the problem.

I hope you got your answer.
