I have just recently installed 3D Animation software in my Windows Vista 64-Bit. But I am having this error message every time I open the software. The error says that: “D3dx9 36.dll is not found.” I already tried restarting my computer and run the software again but I got the same exact error. Is this a problem with the software or with my computer system? Any idea that could help me resolves the problem? Where can I get the missing dll file?

The d3dx9_36.dll error message normally occurs to any program that use Microsoft DirectX utilities .
Following the below mentioned procedure to fix this error.
Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX to fix this problem some of the applications in vista needs Microsoft DirectX 9 files to run the application although the latest version of Microsoft DirectX is 10 so try both of them.
Both of DirectX version can run simultaneously in windows vista .
If latest Microsoft DirectX version doesn't fix the d3dx9_35.dll error you're receiving so try to uninstall your application and then reinstall the application.
