As we know that shared mailbox allows multiple users to send mail from a shared email account. You can use EAC for this. But you can do this only when you are assigned permission. Now to check it you need to see user mailboxes entry in Recipients Permission

For this

(i) Click on Recipients

(ii) Then click on Shared

(iii) Add

(iv) After that you will be asked to fill the required fields like the display name and the email.

You can select the users after that whom you want to have access to that shared email account. Save your changes.
