Hello!!!

I am using a Belkin N150 Wireless router to connect my PC to the internet. Now when I connected to the router my connection goes on and off and trying to connect to the router. I am using an external wifi adapter as I don't have inbuilt wifi card in my PC. Can anybody tell me what to do?

There are few ways to do to find out the real cause of your problem. Do the following to make sure what the problems are.

Try other devices. If they can access the internet or not. If your PC is the only one that cannot access the internet, do the following:
1) Turn off your firewall – if this fixes your problem, you should check your firewall settings.
2) Uninstall and install your network adapters.

If the problem occurs to every device, replace the cable that connects the modem and the router. If it still does not work, contact your ISP.

Also try to diagnose your Router. Go to Router > Diagnostics > Reboot.

If these does not work, the problem might be on your router.

Hello,

The problem you are facing is due t the invalid setup of your router. Yu need to set the correct DNS server address to get the connection. To do this type 192.168.2.1 in your browsers address bar and a router setup page will come. From your there change your primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS server to 8.8.4.4.

I hope my solution helps you.
