The following occurrence messages I have encountered when the ICA Consumer is unable to get an instruction MetaFrame Show Computer or Secured Gateway server through a proxy server”

"The configured proxy server was unable to establish a connection”

The notes related with apiece error content are planned to be head guidelines only. I have not encountered this problem before. If anyone knows how to solve this, please guide me how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

The configured proxy server was unable to establish a connection.

If this is the first time it happened while you are trying to make a connection using the proxy server, cancel the whole operation then restart your computer and then try it again. If it still doesn’t work, check the settings of the program. Maybe the application is configured with a different proxy server address. Check the address of the proxy server specified in the program and be sure that it is set to use the correct password and port number. Entering wrong values or information on these fields will generally result to a connection failure.

You should also check the internet cable attached at the back of your CPU. Make sure that it is properly connected. You may also check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton SystemWorks, or PC Tools Performance Toolkit.
