Configuration and Installation of Symantec Asset Management Suite

Hello Export,

Does anyone had been tried installing Asset Management Suite from Symantec? I tried to install it in one of our servers, but the after successfully installing the package, the console won't launch up. Appreciate if someone could share a solution or a link that might be a great  help.
