I have a Lenovo PC with 1TB HD and 4GB RAM. I used it daily for my work. Suddenly, I was unable to open the Windows Login Screen. When starting it, a black screen opens and then it turns off. I don't know what happened and I even don't know how to fix this so I cam here. Can anyone help me?

You can try by the following steps:

  1. Start your computer in Safe Mode
  2. Log on to your computer with a administrator user
  3. Start System Restore from Start menu.
  4. Choose a restore point at the earlier worked point
  5. Restart your computer normally.

If it is not working, you have to re-install the operating system on your computer. You should use original windows to avoid this type of problem. Otherwise, you have to contact your vendor.
