I have recently switched to Mac. I have the 21.5" iMac that has the 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GT 640M Graphics Card and OSx Mountain Lion. I just installed CoffeCup Web Design for Mac but the program just crashes when launched. What could be the problem?

I suggest you to double check if the application you installed is compatible with your operating system. I just updated your system, maybe the version you want to install is a conflict or not compatible with it.
You may also want to re-launch the program in the Safe Re-launch mode by clicking on the Try Again button. In doing this, your system is will change the program’s reference file with a new one.
Finally, try logging in as a different user. Create a second account, if you don’t have yet, and use it. It is possible that the crash is just because of a file in the User folder.
